FAQ's

Do I really need help?
Only you can be the judge of that.  But if you are having difficulties at work, with your loved ones, or having other problems in your life, it never hurts to talk about it.  Feel free to contact one of our member centers for an assessment.

What kind of treatment can I expect?
Our member centers provide counseling for everything from A to Z.  If you need help with relationships, depression, stress, mental illness, family conflict, alcohol and drug problems, we can help.  Treatment is highly individualized, and your counselor will talk with you so that you can decide together what your goals are and how to go about achieving them.

Does treatment work?
Most common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, mental illness and substance abuse problems are very treatable.  Your level of dedication plays a major role in your recovery.  Your counselor will work with you to determine your recovery goals, and make a plan to get there.

Is it expensive?
Most of our member centers offer a sliding fee scale based on your income, so money should never keep you from seeking help.

Do you accept insurance?
Many of our member centers accept insurance.  Refer to each member's website or call them directly for more details.

What will my neighbors think?
We take privacy very seriously.  As a client of ours, you are protected by HIPAA privacy laws, and we do not release information without a signed release from you.  You can expect the highest level of confidentiality, respect and professionalism from our staff.

How do I know you are qualified to help me?
Many of our centers are CARF accredited and all of our providers meet state and national standards regarding treatment services.
